New payment system for 4G monitoring
We will be transitioning to a new payment system for mobile data usage over the coming months.
If you require RedEarth mobile internet for your system monitoring, you will need to sign up to the new payment method when it becomes available. We are working to make sure this registration is transparent and easy to manage.
During this transition period, there will be no interruption to our mobile monitoring and you will not be charged.
We will keep you up-to-date on how to sign up to the new system when it becomes available and there will be a grace period to give you time to sign up without risk of service interruption.
There is nothing you need to do about these 4G changes. All PPP features will now be included for free in the app, and you will not receive any renewal charges. The only paid feature of the RedEarth App will be for those requiring 4G monitoring, and these changes will be reflected in future mobile app updates.
