Recycling and end-of-life
When a Troppo battery reaches its end-of-life, please return to RedEarth for recycling. Recycling is done domestically through a RedEarth partner in Victoria who reuse valuable minerals in the battery and correctly dispose of any dangerous materials. The Troppo battery is designed to be repairable, unlike most other similar batteries, which is much more environmentally effective. This is also made possible as the battery is made in Brisbane.
