We hereby declare that our battery systems using the Troppo batteries abide by the Equipment Requirements stipulated in Schedule C Store and Shift Capacity for Activity Definition BESS1 of the NSW Peak Demand Reduction Scheme (Amendment No. 2) Rule 2024.
Our systems are listed on the respective Approved batteries list and Approved inverters list:
All our residential battery systems equipped with up to 6 Troppo batteries have a Usable Battery Capacity greater than 2 kWh and less than 28 kWh.
All our battery systems are connected to the Internet using and can be controlled by any Demand Response Aggregator integrated with RedEarth.cloud or Deye inverters with an appropriate subscription.
Our warranty provides for a 10 year warranty and guarantees that at least eighty percent (80%) of Usable Battery Capacity is retained 10 years from the date the system is installed at the site. The warranty can be found here:
The Troppo Battery can be operated in ambient temperatures ranging from -20 °C to 60 °C and has a minimum warranted cumulative energy throughput of 12 MWh, equivalent to 2.92 MWh per kWh of Usable Battery Capacity.
