Every RedEarth battery is fully traceable throughout the manufacturing process making it easier and faster for support and troubleshooting. Images are captured as each system is assembled, wired and tested, creating a detailed production record.

If you require assistance during installation or commissioning, RedEarth’s support team can access this history and work with its engineers to quickly identify and resolve issues.

RedEarth has launched a new onboarding program for installers where we’ll be available to support you through the entire battery installation and commissioning process in real-time with a RedEarth electrician.
The program will include a live WhatsApp integration in the support platform giving you a channel to share photos and exchange technical information asynchronously, eliminating the need to pause work to make calls to our team if you need support during an installation process.
