Remote monitoring access set-up details

RedEarth’s systems come with a remote monitoring capability. You can download the SwitchDin Energy and Management app directly to your preferred device via the links below.

When you set up the monitoring, you will be sent an email from SwitchDin to complete your system set up; if you don’t receive it, please check your junk mail folder.

If you need a hand to set up your monitoring service, contact our customer service representatives at care@redearth.energy and advise the email you would like the monitoring to be linked to.

Once it’s fully installed and integrated, you’ll be able to monitor your system’s performance from anywhere you take your device, as long as you have an internet connection.
