RedEarthEvent Terms & Conditions

Registration for all RedEarth Energy Storage events is via our online registration system. In order to ensure we have catered for you, including dietary requirements, please ensure you have registered at least two working days prior to the event.

Registrations may still be received after this time (subject to availability), however please note that in some cases event materials and/or catering cannot be guaranteed for last-minute registrations.

Within these terms & conditions, 'RedEarth Energy Storage Pty Ltd', may be referred to just 'RedEarth'


No physical tickets are issued for any RedEarth event. Confirmation, in the form of an email, will be issued upon receipt of your completed registration. If a change should occur to the event including but not limited to a change of venue or time, you will be notified by email on the email address supplied during registration.

If you are registering on behalf of another person/s it is your responsibility to ensure that the Attendee is aware of these terms and accepts them, and by completing the registration you are warranting that you have made the Attendee aware of these terms and that they have accepted them.

Cancellation policy

Notification must be made in writing to and be received 48 hours prior to the event commencing.

Dietary requirements

We understand the importance of catering for specialised dietary needs. All reasonable dietary requirements will be catered for however this is limited only to allergies, intolerances, religious and ethical. Provisions will be made for the following dietary requirements: Vegetarian, Vegan, Lactose and/or Gluten Free, as well as religious beliefs. A surcharge may be applied for dietary requirements outside of these.

Marketing and promotion

Promotional or marketing materials may not be distributed at the event except by partner distributors in accordance with their agreement or otherwise with the consent of RedEarth. Attendees violating this policy will be required to leave the event immediately.


Sharing of one individual registration is not permitted for RedEarth events. RedEarth reserves the right to ask attendees to register separately where one registration has been shared across multiple individuals. RedEarth reserves the right to prohibit entry to any attendee to an event, or eject any attendee from an event, based on behaviour deemed unlawful, inappropriate or offensive by RedEarth staff and/or its agents and others working under its authority.

Intellectual property

All intellectual property rights in and to the event content and all materials distributed at or in connection with the event are owned by RedEarth and/or event partners, or speakers. Attendees may not use or reproduce or allow anyone to use or reproduce any materials distributed at or in connection with the event for any reason without the prior written permission of RedEarth, or a verbal request (if granted) at the event.

Photography and filming consent

By registering for a RedEarth Energy Storage event you agree that RedEarth ES Staff may take photographs and/or film footage of you. Photographs and/or film footage may be used for promotional and/or commercial purposes, including for use on the RedEarth ES’s website and/or social channels. You agree that filmed material may be reproduced as film, audio or written material.

The photographs and footage will be used by RedEarth, and will only be released to an external party for the purpose of promoting the event. You acknowledge that RedEarth has no control over, and is not responsible for photographs and/or film footage of you being lifted off the RedEarth website, or taken from any RedEarth printed materials or other publications, and reproduced elsewhere.

Speakers and content

The views of all external presenters, facilitators and moderators at RedEarth events are their own and should not be taken to represent the views of RedEarth. As the event organiser RedEarth works with these individuals to ensure content relevance only and does not accept responsibility for how their views are presented or interpreted.
